GENEVA: TOBACCO BUSINESS FOR SALE
Business goodwill price: CHF 89'000.-

This tobacco business occupies an arcade on a very busy commercial axis in the center of Geneva, a few minutes from the station, in a dense neighborhood where pedestrian traffic is maintained from morning until late at night. The storefront opens directly onto the street and the arcade has a storage cellar in the basement.

The business has been operated by the same owner for ten years. The tobacco designation is included in the lease, which secures the activity for the buyer, and the opening hours cover the day until midnight, an amplitude that captures the evening flow in addition to the local neighborhood clientele. The arcade is air-conditioned, equipped with an alarm and a video surveillance system, and its general condition requires no work.

The annual turnover is in the region of 300'000 francs, with a particularly light rental charge for a city center location, which leaves the buyer with a cost structure rarely encountered at this type of address. The seller is handing over the business due to a departure and is transferring an established business, taken as is.
