At Winterthur station, we are renting out a commercial area of approx. 106 m2 on the 1st floor of the "Stadttor" building, available immediately or by arrangement.

For this rental space, we are looking for a unique and authentic retail or service concept. Gastronomy concepts or food offerings cannot be considered. Concepts that provide variety and distinguish themselves from the rest of the offerings in the station are also preferred.

The required security deposit in the amount of 6 gross monthly minimum rents can be provided as an abstract bank guarantee or as a rental deposit.
