From the beginning of 2027, we are renting an unfurnished office with 65 m² in an excellent, extremely central location. The main station is reachable in just 5 minutes on foot, the ETH is right around the corner, and it is only a one-minute walk to the Haldenegg tram stop.
The room impresses with its special old building character: high ceilings with stucco, a beautiful parquet floor, and large windows ensure a bright, pleasant working atmosphere.
Included with the office is a shared lounge area, which you share with two smaller offices. It is equipped with a sofa lounge, a table with chairs, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and a microwave, and invites you to take breaks and exchange ideas. The toilet is also shared, and the building has an elevator.
The surroundings also leave nothing to be desired: numerous restaurants, snack bars, and supermarkets are within walking distance.

The monthly net rent is CHF 1'800. In addition, there are service charges of CHF 367, which cover office cleaning, electricity (EWZ), waste disposal (ERZ), toilet supplies, trash bags, and similar, as well as CHF 30 for internet and the use of the printer. In total, this results in a gross rent of CHF 2'197 per month. No further monthly costs are incurred.
