In my practice for sexological body therapy in Brugg, there are free days and thus space for co-creation and a practice community! 🫶

From 01.10.2026 or by arrangement

The practice extends over 2 floors with kitchen, WC with shower + washing machine. The lower floor is ideally suited for counseling & coaching, the upper floor for bodywork & massage.

Quiet location directly on the Aare incl. visitor parking and yet central, a few minutes' walk to the Brugger Altstadt & approx. 10 minutes' walk from the station.

Subletting possible on SA, SO, MO and DI respectively
Fixed monthly rent incl. NK and shared use of furnishings & materials such as futon, massage table as well as bath/kitchen products

1 fixed day/week: CHF 250/month
2 fixed days/week: CHF 480/month
3 fixed days/week: CHF 700/month
