Beauty room with separate entrance for rent in Zürich-Altstetten – from 01.02.2027

We are renting out a room of approx. 10 m² with a separate entrance in our existing beauty studio.

The room is ideally suited for self-employed professionals from the beauty and wellness industry, for example for nail design, eyelash extensions, massages, laser hair removal or other complementary services.

Important – no competing treatments:

As we already offer an extensive range of treatments, the following services as well as comparable treatments are excluded:

• Eyebrow and eyelash treatments (except eyelash extensions)
• Permanent make-up, microblading and cosmetic pigmentations incl. SMP
• Professional make-up and teeth whitening

We are looking for a self-employed professional whose offering meaningfully complements our existing studio. The services offered must be coordinated with us and agreed upon in writing before the start of the lease.

Available from 01.02.2027.

We look forward to hearing from you!
