Practice room for sublet – available as of 1.12. or by arrangement

I am looking for a subtenant for a bright and friendly practice room as of 1 December or by arrangement.

Images 1–5 show the room available for rent.
The partition wall can also be removed upon request.

Note: I myself will also only move into the practice as of 1 December 2026. The photos in the advertisement therefore come from the current tenant and show the room in its current condition.

Included in the rental price are:

• Shared use of the kitchen and the break room
• Waiting area for clients
• WC

The practice is located on the 1st floor (without lift) and is only a 3-minute walk from Europaallee and the Zürich Hauptbahnhof. The central location ensures optimal accessibility – both by public transport and on foot.

Important note: As of summer 2027, a friendly practice dog is expected to become part of the daily practice routine. This information is particularly relevant for persons with a dog allergy or fear of dogs.

The room is ideally suited for therapists, coaches, or other professionals from the health or counseling sector.

Inquiries from massage therapists will unfortunately not be considered, as I am a massage therapist myself.
