GENEVA: MECHANICAL AND BODY SHOP FOR SALE
Business goodwill price: CHF 498'000.-

We offer for sale a large workshop bringing together mechanics and bodywork under one roof, located on the right bank of Geneva. This type of complete site, capable of handling all work without any subcontracting, has become almost impossible to find in the canton, where artisanal surfaces of this volume are disappearing one after another.

The business generates a turnover exceeding CHF 1'200'000.-, driven by a loyal clientele and the complementarity of the two activities, with mechanics naturally feeding into bodywork and vice versa, which ensures a regular workload throughout the year. The production tool is complete and in perfect working order, allowing the buyer to work from day one without any investment to plan for.

• Vast work surfaces entirely dedicated to both trades
• Six lifts adapted to both cars and utility vehicles
• Recent paint oven, frame machine and high-end bodywork equipment
• Fully equipped mechanical workshop, tire changer and specialized devices
• Optimized spaces for work, storage and customer reception
• Possibility to park about twenty vehicles outside

This site would suit both a professional wishing to develop their own structure and a brand or group looking to have its own technical center in Geneva. Workshops of this scale combining both trades very rarely appear on the Geneva market; the complete file is available to buyers upon request.
