GENÈVE : SPORTS COACHING STUDIO TO TAKE OVER
Business goodwill price: CHF 35'000.- (equipment included)

Located on the right bank, in a business district close to international organisations, this personal coaching studio has for several years welcomed a local and international clientele who come to train by appointment, in individual or duo sessions, in a calm and bright setting.

The premises, on one level with a large window overlooking a covered gallery, are in very good condition and fully equipped with recent professional equipment, rowers, air bike, treadmill and training accessories, so that a coach, a physiotherapist or a physical trainer can take over the activity from day one without any investment. This equipment, included in the transfer, has a new value higher than the asking price, and the rental charge remains moderate for a location of this standing.

• Coaching studio by appointment, local and international clientele
• Recent professional equipment included in the price
• Premises on one level with a large window, in very good condition
• Alarm and video surveillance already in place
• Takeover possible without works
• Would also suit physiotherapy, pilates or well-being

A rare opportunity to set up in a ready-to-use studio for an amount lower than the value of its equipment alone, the complete file is available on request.
