15m² commercial

I am looking for someone to sublet my cosmetics studio for 1-2 days per week. The price refers to each selected day of the week (e.g., every Monday, 190 chf per month)

The studio is fully equipped with a reception area for consultation talks, a treatment bed and trolleys with material. Towels and paper may be used.
The laser is not part of the sublet and its use is strictly forbidden.

Are you: Tattoo Artist, beautician, masseur, life coach etc… then these premises could be attractive for you.
