In Adliswil (Zürich-Süd), we are renting out our fully equipped, certified production kitchen (approx. 70 m²) with separate storage (approx. 75 m²) and a continuous cold chain. Ideal for catering, food startups, food production, sauces and soups, juices, meal prep or the Christmas business.

Price: CHF 3’200 per month incl. VAT, all inclusive: rent, electricity, water, utilities and cooling. Price negotiable, daily rent on request.
Available: from now until mid-April 2027. Deposit: one month's rent. The tenant is responsible for registering their food business with the Kantonales Labor Zürich.
