We are looking for a self-employed person or a small company with 1 to 2 persons who is looking for a professional workplace in a pleasant office community for the long term.
The office has a total area of approx. 89 m2 and, in addition to the workstations, offers high-quality infrastructure that can be used jointly.

• up to 2 permanent workstations

• separate meeting room for client meetings
• small kitchen with coffee machine

• lounge area

The workstations are located in an existing architecture office. The meeting room is, of course, also available for your own client meetings.

Parking space:
A basement parking space can optionally be rented additionally for approx. CHF 133.- per month.
We are expressly looking for a permanent, long-term co-tenant. These are not temporary coworking workstations.
