The office
The 19.4 m² office has two large windows and is fully furnished. The equipment includes:

• Height-adjustable desk with office chair or, as desired, a sit-stand stool
• Large curved screen
• Height-adjustable meeting table with two armchairs
• Cozy seating area with sofa and own coffee machine
• Two large built-in wardrobes including clothes rail

The office community
The office is one of three separate offices within an architecture firm. You will work surrounded by a young architecture team as well as two other subtenants (architect and fiduciary).

The kitchenette with dining table, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and coffee machine can, of course, be shared. Internet via WLAN or LAN is included. Printing and copying costs are billed separately.

The location
The office is located in the middle of the popular Kreis 3 Wiedikon. There are Blue Zone parking spaces in front of the house. Tram lines 2 and 3 (Lochergut or Kalkbreite/Wiedikon) as well as the bus stop for line 32 are all reachable in around 3-5min.

Good to know: Due to the rather thin walls, the office is suitable for classic office activities, but less so for activities with many conversations or increased requirements for confidentiality, such as therapy or consulting with regular customer traffic.
