107m² commercial

Directly on the border to Luzern, a new district has been created with «Eichhof West» featuring 234 rental apartments, around 6'000m² of commercial space, and the social security center WAS of the Canton of Luzern.

On the site, the building «Weitblick», which is up to 53 meters high, is the clearly visible landmark directly on Langsägestrasse. The offered commercial space (107m²) is located on the ground floor, facing Langsägestrasse.

The landlord hands over the rental property in "shell construction" condition, which includes:

Floor: raised floor intended
Walls/Ceiling: raw
Ventilation/Cooling: connections available
Heating: radiators at the window front
Electrical: from the main distribution, tenant's responsibility
Sanitary: connections for WC system and kitchenette available

The underground garage offers short-term parking spaces for your customers. The bus stop «Kriens, Grosshofstrasse» is located directly in front of the site.

The buildings in «Eichhof West» are constructed according to the Gold label of the Standard Nachhaltiges Bauen Schweiz (SNBS) and according to Minergie-P. The tenant fit-out must also comply with these labels.
