At Werkstrasse 1 in Affoltern am Albis, you can take over fully developed office space on the 1st floor with approximately 140 m² of usable area, for sub-lease or re-lease, starting 1 February 2027 - or as early as 1 January 2027 by arrangement.

Upon request, the ground floor with approximately 201 m² can be rented additionally.
