In my beautiful, well-located hair salon in Bülach, a single workstation or corner is available for sublet.
Important: The entire shop is NOT being rented out!
What is being rented is exclusively a delimited area within the existing hair salon.
Preference is given to a self-employed person for a:
✨ Nail studio / nail design
or for example
✨ eyelash styling / lash design
✨ other suitable beauty service
Ideally, it would be a nail studio that brings its own client base and works independently.
👉 The required furniture and complete equipment must be brought by the tenant.
