GENÈVE ? GARE SECTOR: KIOSK-SANDWICH SHOP TO TAKE OVER
Business transfer price: CHF 349'000.-?

Imagine a business situated on one of the densest pedestrian flows in French-speaking Switzerland. Here, the clientele does not need to be sought out: they pass in front of your window from the first train in the morning to the last one in the evening. Hurried commuters, travelers, local residents, employees from nearby offices? the foot traffic is permanent all year round.

The business has been operated since 2020 and is presented in very good condition. It develops over two connected levels, with storage rooms and a cellar, which allows real room for maneuver where most station businesses suffocate in a few square meters. Two distinct accesses allow for the operation of a second activity in parallel, in complete independence from the kiosk. Two terraces are also available to enjoy the good weather.

The transferor is moving on to a catering project and is handing over an established, equipped, and air-conditioned business. You are taking over a station location with a lease designated for tobacco and sandwich shop, which opens you up to takeaway, small-scale catering, and kiosk products.
