Commercial

In the heart of Zurich Kreis 4, I am renting out my bright, lovingly decorated, and high-quality furnished studio for shared use / sublease on two fixed days per week.

I use the studio myself as a make-up studio. For the remaining days, I am looking for a sympathetic, reliable person who appreciates the space just as much and treats it with care.

The stylish interior and cozy atmosphere make the studio particularly suitable for coaching, personal consulting, nutritional counseling, mental coaching, or other quiet, advisory activities.

I wish for usage on an appointment basis, without walk-in customers.
