I am looking for a subtenant for my consulting room from 1 January 2027, for 1-2.5 days per week at 500.- CHF monthly.

The consulting room is approx. 23m2 in size, features three consulting chairs, a whiteboard and a small chest of drawers, equipped for conversation-oriented therapy methods.

Important: Unfortunately, there is not enough space in the room for a therapy couch.

I work approx. 40% as a sexual and couples therapist. Currently, Monday and Wednesday from 08.00 - 13.30 (until August 2027) are firmly reserved by me. All other days and times can be negotiated.

In the shared practice, there are a total of 3 consulting rooms, a small waiting area (2 chairs), a toilet as well as a kitchen.

The practice is located on the 2nd floor and is only accessible via stairs.
Paid parking spaces are available on the opposite side of the street at Zeughausareal or in the Parkhaus Illuster. Currently, no parking spaces can be rented in addition to the practice.
