GENÈVE : LARGE HAIR SALON TO TAKE OVER, OVER ONE MILLION IN TURNOVER
Business price: CHF 250'000.-

There are salons that one sets up, and there are those that are already running. This one exceeds one million in turnover per year, with seven hairdressers and a salon manager, and it runs without the boss being behind every chair.

The real subject is not to fill this salon, it is to fill it even more. The workstations are installed and a part of them is not yet being used today. Two more hairdressers and the turnover rises, without a franc of work, without touching the lease, without changing anything in the organization.

The clientele is mixed, men, women and children, with a clear majority of women. They come all week and they do not depend on the weather, nor on a campaign, nor on the reputation of a single hairdresser.

• Fifteen to seventeen workstations and five washing stations
• Office, kitchen and laundry room separated from the sales area
• Team of seven hairdressers in place, trained and operational
• Turnover exceeding CHF 1'000'000.- per year
• Lease renewed without difficulty, stable rental situation
• Business in operation, team and tools transferred with the business

For a professional who wants to scale up, or for a group looking for a high-volume address in Genève.
