In our single-family house in the Neubad district, which is occupied by a shared apartment, a room of approximately 10 m² will become available from 1 November for use as a workspace or study area.
The room is ideally suited for concentrated learning or working and should be used during the day if possible. We are looking for a quiet, considerate person seeking a retreat for focusing. The kitchen and the other rooms are not included in the rent.
The rent is 350 Franken per month, plus 50 Franken in utility costs for electricity, water, heating and WLAN.
